SERVICE

LEASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Maintenance
The lease includes a routine servicing at 1500km, 5000km, and every 5000km or at three months interval [which ever comes first] thereafter. Repairs to mechanical and electrical parts which have been caused by “normal wear and tear” on the vehicle will also be paid by lessor.

Insurance
Full insurance will be provided. A copy of the insurance policy and registration is available at the office of the lessor. In the event of any accident, the lessee is responsible to provide us with the police report, not later than 24 hours. (Deductible charges - as levied by Insurance Company)

Traffic Violations
The lessee is liable for all expenses arising through traffic offences incurred by the lease vehicle.

Condition of Vehicle
The lessee agrees to keep the leased vehicle in a clean and safe condition.

Renewal of Registration
The vehicle must be presented for testing five days prior to the registration expiry date within 24 hours of notification. Any delay in doing so will result in a penalty of Qrs. 500/- or more, subject to the discretion of the Traffic Department.

Routine Check-Up
The lessee agrees to check the oil, water and fluid levels on a regular basis. Damages caused due to this negligence is at the lessee’s expenses.

Tyres
The lessor will pay for replacement of tires as they consider to be necessary, provided that replacement is due to normal usage. Tires repairs [such as punctures] and tire replacement due to negligence [such as impact damage] will be at lessee’s expense.

Availability of Leased Car for Servicing
The lessee will make arrangements for servicing the vehicle through Mannai Autorent’s office. The lessee will be responsible for presenting the vehicle at the Mannai Autorent’s office.

Payment
Payments must be made on monthly basis or as per your Contract

Replacement Car
The lessor will provide the lessee with replacement vehicle [as close to the lease vehicle in size as is possible ] from the lessor’s normal self- drive fleet at no further charge to the lessee when the leased vehicle is returned for a routine maintenance or servicing. In normal circumstances,, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required prior to the requirement of the vehicle.

Termination of Lease
At the time the leased vehicle is returned to the lessor, any damage not reported or repaired through normal channels must be repaired at the lessee’s expense.

Mileage
40,000 Kms Per Year and excess mileage @ QRs. 0.50 Per Km.
